The Más Tequila Review

1717 Gabaldon Dr NW, Apt B

Albuquerque, NM 87104

(The Más Tequila Review is also available via the internet’s biggest bookseller. Hint: It’s named after a rainforest and a river… in Brazil.)

Submission Guidelines – The Más Tequila Review submissions period for the Winter 2015 issue is from Sept. 1 thru Dec. 31, 2014. Next publication date scheduled for mid February 2015. Send 3-5 poems, any subject, style, or length, to:

I no longer accept snail mail submissions. The few times I accepted them, and requested that the poem(s) be resubmitted in a Word document, the poet had no problem complying. Why the original submission through USPS? Save your paper and the cost of postage. (Special circumstances may apply, and I’ll cross that bridge when I get to it.)

Submit poems using Times New Roman 12 pt. font, single spaced. The margin dimensions I use allow a printed page line length of five and a half inches. Line breaks (especially for prose poems) may be affected.

Payment for work accepted is one contributor copy. I accept simultaneous submissions, but please let me know ASAP if the poems get accepted elsewhere. I also consider previously published work, as long as the author has retained the rights to their poems. I try to respond within 6 weeks, but this is a one man operation, and sometimes life happens.
